The best of the wide angle zooms Nikon has produced,perhaps the
sharpest wide angle zoom you can buy for a Nikon body. It is in
excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and was used very lightly,
in amateur usage, only. When it wasn't attached to my camera body it
was kept in it's padded camera case. This is the USA VERSION -- NOT a
gray market import. It is a perfect lens for Nikon digital SLR
cameras. With the 1.5 crop factor, the focal length is a nice
25.5-52.5 mm on digital SLRs, which is a great zoom range. On a film
camera, it is a true super wide 17-35. It is a "D" lens and has an
aperture ring for easy DOF setting. This is the lens of choice for
photojournalists because of it's wide angle range and fast speed
(fixed f/2.8) giving very bright viewfinder for fast focusing/
composition. I no longer have the original box, but I am including the
original black leather case the original lens hood, and both body
caps. This is a serious lens for serious photographers. It is
