Default Merging Photographs - Advice??

How do I create images that contain movement? I understand that the image set
must be taken from exactly the same position so only the object moving differs
in each shot. However, I don't know how to combine the images into one.

I've got Photoshop CS and have learnt most of the basics but haven't been able
to merge photographs yet. Is it possible? If so, how??

Thanks in advance for any comments!

Niall Bruce
