~350UKP Digital Compactish recomendation
Hi All,
I have spent the last 3 yrs with a Canon A40 (2.0MP 3xOpticalZoom 128MB card) and its time for a change. The canon has been excellent and produces good images. Mostly used in auto mode to take pictures of cars !! So Im looking for recommendations for a better unit. I have narrowed it down to something like Olympus C70 7.1MP 5x op zoom Casio EXP700 7.1MP 4x op zoom Both get good reviews. Any thoughts +/- for both??? So far I have Olympus (xD card format a disadvantage? USB2.0 ) Casio (USB connector breakages on P600 , will P700 have same problem? QualityOK? USB1.1 only Canon lens good) I will only ever be saving in JPEG format so both are fine. I would like to stay with Canon but I dont really see anything in their lineup that matches the spec of the two Ive seen. Many thanks JohnO |
