Outline of transparent image
Hello!
I created a PSD file and saved the file as a transparent gif : http://www.checkeredshirt.com/dump/trans-saved.gif I would like to be able to put this gif on any colour background - like this : http://www.checkeredshirt.com/dump/trans.html What have I done wrong that the "white" outline is being displayed around each element ? I would obvioulsy like it to be clear edges around each element. To create the outline, I used the select tool to draw an oval, then used the Stroke tool to set the pixel width and the colour. Then I used the select tool again to "cut" the oval where I wanted it to break for the lettering. Any tips about be appreciated! |

Open a new document, whatever size and background and choose RGB Draw your oval which ever way you prefer and stick some text in it. Then double click on the "background" layer title to make it editable and support transparency (layer 0) Then, with the magic wand tool set to 1% tolerance click on the backround colour to select it, then hit delete. You should now have an oval with text inside it on a transparent background. You can save this file in whatever format you want. I saved it as an RGB JPG. I then made another document, the same size as the text doc, filled it with black and dragged the text layer into it. See http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?pi...exwFPr5YDX4D9J MH |
