Worth doing anyway but http://www.europeancameras.com/ will accomodate you

If you are worried about duty, get it delivered here, repacked and a thank

In general the camera prices there seem pretty good, but the lenses and
flash cards are almost double in some cases, compared to what you can buy
from OS!

True, I seldom buy two things from the same place, too much variation, as
you say there are different things that seem to be best from different
countries.

It sure does, like all Nikon digital SLR's it takes both normal and DX
series lenses...

snip

I happen to be using that exact lens on my D100, and it works perfectly!
It was a "kit" lens that somebody got with their D70 and didn't want to
keep it, so it became mine.

I figure that someone must have bought the D70 kit and already has superior
lenses.

I would love one of these for my d100. If you are interested in selling
this
or similar lens please email or indicate here.

Bought one now. Bought it from http://www.europeancameras.com/ for AUD$395
(US$305 or GBP 165).

Nice people and a good price.
