Superheroes are usually too fast or do have anti-photo auras, so you can't
take photos of them.

Is there a way to take photos of superheroes?

You'll need a super camera. And a bit of luck. Plus, you don't want to
get too close to the Hulk. He's camera shy.

You need a camera with "super" in it's name. I recommend the Pentax ME Super
('79-'84).

Up until the 1950s Kodak made a black and white film called Super XX
(I'm pretty sure Tri-X was its immediate successor). Super XX should
work well if you can find some that was cold stored. You could take
movies on Super-8. Or maybe, if you can find one that still sells film,
get the house brand at some supermarket.

Hope that helps.

Pretty sure both Peter Parker and Jimmy Olsen just used standard
photojournalist cameras and film. YMMV. HTH & HAND.

You may need:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/MARVEL-SUPER.../dp/B00220578Q

Also, it depends where you want to photograph them, at work or at home.
Email this bloke. He may be able to give you some poiners.
