What is considered the resolution for professional photo quality?
Sasha wrote: What is considered the resolution for professional photo quality? How professional? What sized prints do you want to make? It isn't just the number of pixels, but the sharpness of the lens, and the quality of the ccd(low noise, good contrast, etc.). Some might say that all new digital slrs that allow the lens to be changed are professional quality. They generally sell for $1500 and up without lenses. And how does that compare to the max perceptable resolution of the human eye? Not even close. Thanks for your input ps.. What would be considered a professional digital camera? See above. I hope you have well over $2000 to spend(digital slr, lenses, extra batteries, memory cards, etc.) |
