Somehow, I don't think the scanner that did this was off-the-shelf
equipment

I mean, 16 billion pixels a bit more than most people need for any
given project. But, hey, sometimes you just have to pull out all of
the stops and Supersize things.

All OTS gear. They just took some decent gear, shot a TON of pix, and
stitched them together.
