Lost Install Disk for Digital Photo Professional
I have, literally, inherited a Canon 60D however I do not have the
Digital Photo Professional Software. As it is an inheritance I cannot ask the previous owner where the disk is. Is anyone out there willing to give me a copy? Thanks, Pete |

A search for "Digital Photo Professional Software" returned 193 hits, including download pages for the EOS 1Ds with a "Digital Photo Professional 2.0.3 Updater for Windows". http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/con...m odelid=8280 Click the link for Drivers / Software. And if that's not it on the download page, I expect you could find a contact email or such somewhere on Canon's site. |

I did look at the Canon site and they do indeed offer downloads of the
"Updates" for DPP. They do not, however, offer the original program install. I have a help ticket on this also and am waiting for a response. Thanks, Pete. |

You should try the Pixmantec RAWShooter "Essential" which is free. |

UPDATE:
I was informed by Canon Support that I can indeed download and install DPP 2.0.2, however it has to be done in steps. 1. Install the "Raw Image Converter Ver.2.0.2 for Windows". 2. Install "File Viewer Utility 1.3.2 Updater for Windows." 3. Install "EOS Viewer Utility 1.2.1" or "Digital Photo Professional 2.0.3." Thanks to all for your responces. Pete |
