I like the Navy boat pics. Post more of them if you have them.
I think I do have a few more, but they are very dirty, and require a lot of clean-up work before I get anything decent out of them.......I took them all back in the middle fifty's........ That's what I like about them .... they take us to a different time and place. As for the slides, you might try cleaning them with some PEC-12 cleaner before scanning. Also, be sure to use the Digital Ice on your 5400. |

I've heard people rave about PEC-12 before, but haven't used it. Any idea why Adorama will ship it to you, but B&H says shipping regulations prevent them from shipping it and it must be purchased locally? Also, if you buy Adorama products through the Amazon store, it comes out about 15% cheaper than if you buy from Adorama direct. Weird. -- Lefty All of God's creatures have a place.......... ..........right next to the potatoes and gravy. See also: http://www.gizmodo.com/gadgets/images/iProduct.gif |

Clearly, Adorama has developed a teleportation machine, and they have been able to keep it's existence a secret........ |

Wiliam, please do that. As a regular visitor to Hong Kong for nearly thirty years, I would be very interested in seeing the pictures of the 1950s. |
