I like the Navy boat pics. Post more of them if you have them.

I think I do have a few more, but they are very dirty, and require a lot of
clean-up work before I get anything decent out of them.......I took them all
back in the middle fifty's........


That's what I like about them .... they take us to a different time and
place.
As for the slides, you might try cleaning them with some PEC-12 cleaner
before scanning.
Also, be sure to use the Digital Ice on your 5400.

I've heard people rave about PEC-12 before, but haven't used it.
Any idea why Adorama will ship it to you, but B&H says shipping
regulations prevent them from shipping it and it must be
purchased locally?

Also, if you buy Adorama products through the Amazon store, it
comes out about 15% cheaper than if you buy from Adorama direct.
Weird.

Clearly, Adorama has developed a teleportation machine, and they have been

Hong Kong that I took during those years, too.....I will post them as I

Wiliam, please do that. As a regular visitor to Hong Kong for nearly
thirty years, I would be very interested in seeing the pictures of the
1950s.
