Need lens recommendation
Dingo wrote:
All, I'm heading to the Tokyo Auto Show with a Nikon D100. I can attach (or not attach) an SB-800 speedlight. I have a range of lenses including (all Nikon) the 50mm 1:1.4, a 17-35mm 1:2.8 , a 70-120mm 1:3.5-5.6 and even a monster 300mm. I suppose I'm wondering what will be the best lens given the indoor setups and crowds that I'm likely to encounter. I won't be taking a monopod or tripod. Most of my photography consists of outdoor aviation related shots, not static indoor vehicles. Thoughts? Thanks in advance, Dingo I would take the short zoom and put the 50mm in my pocket, likely never to be used. Be careful of using any flash as reflections can be troublesome. -- Joseph Meehan Dia duit |
