Well what ever it was it *was* invisible.


A fishtank full of a very dense gas, such as bromine.
The dense gas acts just like water, it flows into the lowest place and
objects can float on it's surface.

Bromine is almost as toxic and corrosive as Sosumi's continuous negativity.
I'm guessing it was Argon from one of the large tanks shown in the
background of the video. Very cool video, BTW, even if off topic.

I also seem to recall that bromine is not 'invisible' but a sort of
redish brown/orange.

I would agree with the argon theory.

It's sulfur hexafluoride in this particular video. There's a slightly
