35mm point & shoot camera ideas

Hi, I am hoping new 35mm film cameras from new companys and
manufacturing or homebrews will make a lot of 35mm point & shoot film
cameras under these categories

1. Under $100.00 cheap point & shoot 35mm camera and lens

2. $100.01 to $250.00 good quality 35mm point & shoot film camera and
lens

3. $250.01 - $500.00 luxury point & shoot 35mm camera and lens

4. $500.01 to $750.00 super luxury point & shoot 35mm camera and lens

5. $750.01 to $2,000.00 mega luxury point & shoot 35mm camera and lens

6. $2,000.01 to $10,000.00 Almost Exotic point & shoot 35mm camera and
lens

7. $10,000.01 to $35,000.00 Exotic point & shoot 35mm camera and lens

8. $35,000.01 to $100,000.00 Super exotic point & shoot 35mm camera
and lens

9. $100,000.01 and up The true mega exotic point & shoot 35mm camera
and lens

I need companys and homebrews to manufacturing new 35mm point & shoot
film cameras in these 9 categories
above. When companies and homebrews make these 35mm point & shoot
film cameras and lenses, Digital point & shoot cameras are so
obsolete.I believe there is a market for these future 35mm point &
shoot film cameras in these 9 categories listed above. please keep
new 35mm point & shoot film cameras and the 35mm film format alive.


Items #1 & #2 have potential as "Point and Shoot" cameras. For that matter,
there are many P&S cameras available under $100, even under $50. And they
are of reasonable quality.
But the rest of your price point list is unreasonable. If someone has the
cash to pay $250 or more for a camera, and they want a film camera, they
want something more than a P&S. Additionally, it would be difficult to come
up with P&S features to justify the higher price tag. The cost of quality
optics is sufficiently low to put good quality lenses on lower priced
cameras. The cost of electronic features is sufficiently low to make a low
priced camera feature-rich.
To justify a $500 or more price point, the features would have to go way
beyond those of a P&S.

If the OP is serious and not a troll, I suspect he doesn't know exactly what
a "Point & Shoot" camera is. P&S cameras generally are made for basic
shooting and take all the technical decisions (focus, exposure) away from
the operator. The user who can pay the higher price probably wants to make
those technical decisions on his own; therefore the camera he wants is not
really a P&S.

Sure. You can buy what is arguably the finest 35mm camera ever made, the
Nikon F5, in like new condition, for $500. I don't know where these
multi-thousands of dollars figures he came up with are coming from.....

Yep. The F6 ain't a bad option for those who need to spend more.
Combine either body with the full line-up of glass, put the camera in P
mode, job done.
