Default OT?-film won't load

Son has my Olympus 35mm. The film keeps pulling away
from the two red lines when the back is closed and inturn
the gear can't grab the film sprocket holes.
Is there a solution for this? The film seems to have gotten
a "curl" memory and won't lay flat.=20

LOL!

After years of bemusedly reading off-topic digital related posts in
rec.photo.equipment.35mm, I knew it would happen one day; the
inappropriately off-topic film related post in rec.photo.digital!

Anyway, try a different film. If that has no problem, bin the problem one.
If it's still a problem with another film, get the camera fixed.
