I think you should make some posters of it and sell them on the Quai
d'Orsay.

You already visited Paris ?!

I've spent almost a year of my life there (XVIIIeme & VIeme) and still
go there often.

Before ebay, I used to go on pilgrimages to the Boulevard Beaumarchais.
It's still nice to look there, but the prices...
:-(

And it still has Europe's best cous cous and Vietnamese noodle soup!

Ah yes. One of the rare few places that actually had Linhof's
Technikardan on display. These are are rare as hens teeth in
Australia. And when you had enough window (or real) shopping, you stroll
back to the Bastille to recharge your batteries.

You can certainly get got pho in Paris, but nothing beats the real
thing, on a sidewalk in the Old Quarter of Ha Noi.

Actually sitting on those small stools you see on the photo. Quite an
interesting experience to sit 20cm above the sidewalk, eat pho. Taller
(40cm) stools are used as tables; don't do the same mistake I almost did
and try to sit on one of those. :-)

GAG! You can tell if it's real Vietnamese noodle soup if the noodles
start fighting back.

Try it; it's one of the world's great dishes!
(Well, you might have to travel a long way from home to find it).

But then I guess you're more into Chicken McNuggets...
