Anyone deal with "The Econo zone"? -not avdertisement
Does anyone ever buy from "The Econo Zone"?
http://www.theeconozone.com/econozone/index.html I'm just curious at this time and wondering if they always take 6 weeks to fill an order even after they charge my card. My calls and e-mails get ignored and I'm not nasty...yet. Anyone else? |

I thought companies had to ship within 30 days after charging the card. I'll say this you aren't the first. Nick |

My calls and e-mails get ignored and I'm not nasty...yet. Anyone else? I bought stuff from them via Ebay. There are a bunch of different business names, all selling photo supplies, film, paper, etc., but all linked to the same business address in White Plains, NY. It took a while to get the stuff I bought, and when I did, it was the wrong brand. I sent it back and they eventually shipped the right stuff. They also didn't respond to my e-mails. You probably won't be pleased by their Better Business Bureau report: http://www.bbbnewyork.org/businessre....aspx?id=71550 The best way to deal with the situation may be to take up the issue with your credit card company. Good luck Jordan (remove "pants" to reply) |
