Default MF films and processing in Italy

I'll be in northern Italy for two months in the spring 2004. Have
decided to take a MF (6x7) camera for some B&W work (non-pro). Will be
doing color with a digital SLR.

Are there any issues with availability and processing of 120/220 B&W
films? I'm just beginning with MF, and am shooting Tri-X (320) to
start with. I'll be experimenting with different B&W emulsions in the
next few months, and before I settle on one I like (mostly for
landscape and building photography), I'd like to find out if there are
limitations on what I could buy and get processed locally.
