the justice department is once again lying.

That's right.

it is. lying is all they do.

not only do they know exactly how to crack it, but they even have
direct experience in doing so, since they cracked an identical model 4
years ago.

any claims otherwise is bull****.

keep in mind that the iphone 5 is *seven* years old and lacks a secure
enclave that the 5s and later have, making it relatively easy to crack
compared to recent iphones.

they are intent on requiring a back door for encryption, yet once it
became known that zoom video calls did not have end-to-end encryption,
making it possible for others to snoop on their calls, they suddenly
changed their tune due to the very feature they want to force all
companies to have.

https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/...s-members-not-
to-use-zoom/
The US Senate has become the latest organization to tell its members
not to use Zoom because of concerns about data security on the video
conferencing platform that has boomed in popularity during the
coronavirus crisis.

they are *so* full of ****. they are the true terrorists.

Apple claimed "they couldn't open it."

correct. they can't.

it's *impossible* for apple to provide an unlock code since they have
no way to know what it is.

there is no master database of passcodes. how could there be? the mere
thought is ludicrous.

even they don't believe the **** they're spewing.

they also neglect to mention that apple provided extensive amounts of
data they have on the phones in question, such as icloud backups, which
apps were downloaded, etc.

In another ironic
claim, they said if they did it would open the door for use by nefarious persons!!

there's nothing ironic about it.

math applies to everyone, not just the good guys.

anyone telling you otherwise is deliberately lying, hoping you're
stupid enough to believe them. they're called politicians.
