NiMH Charger Site Update

I've added two more chargers to my web site which compares NiMH
chargers.

Chargers included on this site meet the following six criteria:

1. Maximum $75 street price when bundled with a minimum of 4 =2000mA
AA cells (unbundled is okay, if less than $50)

2. Maximum $50 unbundled charger value (based on conservative allowance
for batteries, holders, tester).

3. Minimum of 600mA current per AA cell in fast charge mode

4. Trickle charge mode

5. Individual charging circuits for each cell (as opposed to requiring
charging in pairs)

6. AC and DC power input, standard (car cord included).

So far, I have found eight chargers that meet these criteria:

1. GP Powerbank Smart 2
2. GP Powerbank U-Smart
3. iPower FC-502
4. Lemar Mach 1 Gamma
5. Maha MH-C401FS
6. Panasonic BQ-830
7. Ray-0-Vac PS4-B
8. Vanson V6000

I have the "Lemar Mach 1 Gamma" and despite it's higher current, the
batteries stay cool and do not get hot at all... Did you actually try
all the chargers in your test.. or just compare specs?

It would be neat to measure battery temps during charge with all of the
chargers.

BTW.. how long does that Panasonic take to charge 4x2000mAh cells via
USB?
