black and white inks for making digital negatives/prints?
I know it's possible to purchase "B&W" inks comprised of black with shades
of gray to replace the Cc,M,Y, cartridges in my old Epson 1270, but I don't know where to buy inks with a good reputation for this purpose. Any advice appreciated. Thanks, Matt Clara -- www.mattclara.com |

That's a new one to me; my inkjet printer produces shades of gray by the
amount of black it uses to cover the area being printed, no matter how small the area. (The white is the paper being printed on) -- Don Vancouver, USA "Matt Clara" wrote in message ... Thanks, Matt Clara On the very rare occasion when I might have to ask a related question; I weed-out my news-group printer, supplies, and inks ideas from: comp.periphs.printers alt.comp.periphs.printers and the rest of the news-groups this question is directed to just ain't gonna cut it. I'd redirect this there for you, but you need the learning experience. You'll remember better next time. Ye ol' "give fish or teach to fish" thing. |

Or maybe Ilford PQ Universal Paper Developer? Or even Arista Liquid Paper Developer? |

There are newsgroups for digital imaging. This isn't one of them. Read the newsgroup charter, comply with it -- or at least make the most minimal kind of effort to -- or don't post. It's really very simple.
