Actually, that is a nice image. I like it. If I really went to town on
if I might find an issue or two (some things urge me to dig ;-)), but
why? It is just fine.

Thanks. I saw it as a simple abstract.
You shocked me. figgerd I would hear a comment about my use of a 1.7
teleconverter on a macro lens, and degrading perfectly fine optics,
(which it does.) ;-)

Good sharpness, colour and fine-grained noise in the background. It looks good. You could choose to put the focus point on the water drop, but either way it's fine. There seems to be a kind of rim around the OOF parts, but that's a lens thing, nothing off about it.


Neat observation. That "lens thing" is one of the drawbacks of using my
old 1.7 teleconverter on a macro lens.
