Default FA: I call this a Medium / Large Format Hybrid Camera, but it's really a . . .

Crown Graphic camera that shoots 6 X 9 film in sheet film holders or
in a roll film holder.

I call this a "hybrid" camera because while 6 X 9 is considered
largest-size medium format, you are not locked into roll film as with
other MF cameras. This camera also shoots SHEET FILM like a large
format camera. In other words, you can expose and process each sheet
of film individually in trays or tanks -- can you say "Zone System?" 6
X 9 film is available in 400 ASA emulsions (I use Ilford and Arista)
This camera does not have a focal-plane shutter like a Speed Graphic,
which makes it lighter. I use it as a view camera, focusing on the
ground glass and exposing with the lens' shutter. It can also be
hand-held, (hey, it was designed to be) and has a working
range-finder. It does not have a strap, but one could easily be added
-- brackets are present.

This camera is especially great for travelling. You don't have to
look like a pack-mule carrying tons of equipment when visiting friends
and relatives. When folded up, this camera is only 6 inches tall, 6
inches wide and 3 inches thick. You can pack your entire photography
kit except tripod -- camera, lenses, a dozen film holders, a
roll-film back, filters, etc. in one easily-carried case.

This camera is in excellent condition. It has the desirable Graphloc
back and spring-loaded viewing hood. The back does not revolve -- you
use a side-tripod hole to shoot vertical shots. Bellows are
light-tight. The lens is a 103mm Graflex Trioptar mounted on a black
lensboard -- very spiffy. Speeds are from 1/10 to 1/200 with B and T,
and sound right on.
