Default slide show images?

On 11/12/2008 4:33 AM Ellie Lightfoot spake thus:

I need to extract images from my wedding slideshow, I've found
software called MultiExtractor from http://www.multiextractor.com but it's
paid, do you know any free replacement?

What could this *possibly* have to do with anything darkroom?

hmmm...about the same as the scanner in the darkroom. My take is that he
wants to capture images with that software, just as Airbus does with that
scanner.

Don't think so; if they're talking about *software* to extract images,
they must already be in digital form, no?

The point is moot in any case, as this is nothing but spam anyhow
(posted in several newsgroups under different names).

Considering that this same post is in several newsgroups with a different
name for the poster, I've got two possible answers: 1. It's someone trying
to sell the MultiExtractor software, or 2. it's someone trying to rip off
their wedding photographer and not get caught. I'm leaning toward #1.

Maybe he thinks it is a metaphor for finding his head in a place the sun
don't shine.

I ain't gonna tell him how to do it.
