Default Spectral Resposne of a Colour CCD camera

Can anyone explain, with diagrams, what the ideal spectral response of
a colour CCD camera is?

I am trying to compare the spectral response of a number of cameras but
am not sure what the relative response of each combination of RGB
should be. Can anyone help?

Cheers for your time.

Not to disregard your request but a better forum to ask the question
would be rec.photo.digital or rec.photo.digital.slr-systems

Both groups have more digitally oriented people and you may get a
broader response.

Also you may check out;

websites like luminous landscape, and outbackphoto & dpreview.com.
or magazines like digital photo.
