Hassy 250mm + tube.... which?

I recall someone mentioning the 250mm plus tube is good for tight head
shots. Which tube is recommended?

(BTW, i'm a bit excited- might be getting a 50mm and 250mm- older black CT*
type for the combined price of £150... woohoo!)

32 mm.
It almost perfectly matches the lens' own built-in extension, providing an
almost seemless focussing range from infinity to quite close (minimum field
of view approx. 22 cm, or 8.5" square) .
The minimum field of view of the 250 mm lens without tube is approx. 45 cm,
or 18".

Remember that the 250 mm lens fully extended, without use of any tube or
bellows, already needs 0.6 stop extra exposure.
In combination with the 32 mm tube, the exposure combination needed ranges
from that (0.6 stop) to 1 full stop, depending on amount of lens extension
used.

Agree with Q.G. I have the 21 and 55 tubes, and neither is just right
with the 250 lens, somewhere in the middle would be perfect. The 150 +
21 is ideal.
