Well, I ran it through photoshop's dust and scratches filter...

Much better.
Ironically, the 'despeckle' filter made almost no difference.

Also remove the power/phone/catv cables.

Yep, done that too, almost... If you know where to look you can still see some
trace, but the first impression is clean.
