I hope you don't go to the Photoshop to buy you milk and corn flakes. I don't think it's off topic at all. Some HDTV sets have memory slots for flash cards and/or DVI connections so you can connect a computer to them. At some point, I'd like a nice, high-res HDTV for digital photo viewing. And, by the way, I think DLP sets have better images than LCD projection sets (though not LCD direct-view sets, but those aren't available in large sizes). But the best way to choose is with your eyes -- wander down to Best Buy and compare the DLP and LCD sets yourself. Mark I have an HD Plasma set. Looks great in HD. I have not bothered to drive it from the computer. -- Joseph E. Meehan 26 + 6 = 1 It's Irish Math |

Who cares, Plasma sucks, its like looking through a screen door, the pixels
are tooo big so it runs the HDTV quality, the LCDs and DLPs are much better. "BenOne©" wrote in message ... Rant on. More feedback the better. thanks DLP looks fabulous, however, I did not have room for one. Note, DLP only looks fabulous in a narrow cone directly in front of the screen. CCD looks very good and I found one that fit my existing cabinetry. Note LCD only looks very good in a 30 degree cone directly in front of the screen. This is about twice as wide as DLP. |
