Samsung is at it again
I am trying to get a Samsung Blu-ray player repaired under waranty. I am
geting a runaround. After 4 phone calls and checking their website, nothing has been resolved. A supervisor located in the Philipines told me they will call me in 3 days. I'm sure I'll never hear from them. I will never buy another Samsung product. Samsung is a heavyweight that should be taken seriously. One need only look at the wireless phone market. |

After Christmas last year, I saw PILES of their Blu-Ray players being returned at a couple stores. They consistently rate near the bottom when it comes to product reliability. Stick with Japanese companies, even though most of their stuff is made in China now. |
