Jim,

I was told that the 20D had the joystick type pad that the Nikon D70 has
which the 10D does not have. It that true ? What else is new for the
20D that the 10D does not have ?

It's tough to know what your take on 'worth' is.

Some people feel it is worth having the latest and greatest.

Check the specs of the 20D If the fact that it's a new camera
and it does a bit more is 'worth it' to you, then sure.

Camera models seem to upgrade so fast, I find I'm spending a
fortune always buying the current one.

When I bought my 10D I planned to replace it when the third
replacement came out. As a result, I'm saving up for the 30D (Or
whatever they decide to call it

For me.. I think two generations is 'worth it'.

Act fast. That 10D is devaluating at peak rate now that the 20D
is out. When the 10D came out, everyone was dumping the D60.

The real answer of course is probably "no".

Do you make prints? How big? Thought so, the 10D is fine and
should be good for you until the next big thing from Canon.

Cheers,
Alan

That's entirely up to you. Does the 20D have features or do things the 10D
doesn't that you feel it's worth taking the loss?

You're even having second thoughts you had better sell it quick!
