The smart phone app delivers some of those sims, but any extras are in-app purchases. The VSCO app is adequate for the Instagram shooter, but I wouldn’t label it a “major image-manipulation program”. For that you will have to look to apps such as Pixelmator, and Adobe mobile apps PS Express, PS Fix, PS Mix, & Lightroom Mobile. Then if you want to go to a tablet such as an iPad then add Lightroom, full PS for iOS, and/or Affinity Photo. On1 has just announced On1 Photo for iOS and Android -- Regards, Savageduck
