If it was used in a space surveillance system, how they get it back?

Here's a couple of enlargers that might take that lens:

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...4718 266&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...4722 871&rd=1

I prefer the second one, but would need to move my mother-in-law out,
Hmmmm....:~)))

It says it was used in a space surveillance *program*. It was probably part
of a ground based test rig.
