Default Nikon Quandary: D60 or D200?

D60 body is on Amazon by Cameta Cameras, new for $463. The D200 body
can be had on Ebay for $450-650 used, some with relatively low
(claimed) sub-10K-20K shutter actuations. The use is serious non-pro
and a
replacement/stepping stone for a heavily used D100 (I have plenty of
DX glass) to eventual used D3 or D700 in a year or two. What would you
do in this situation?

Your existing lenses won't auto-focus on the D60 unless they're AF-S or
AF-I types.

Did they make a non-AF-1/S in the DX series format?

Only one I think:
AF DX Fisheye-NIKKOR 10.5mm f/2.8G ED

You're right, of course, Paul .... see that's what happens when you
spout off without actually checking the lens chart ;-)
