That's what happens when you want to take a picture of a flat piece of empty
sidewalk and your camera's viewfinder coverage is only 70%.

When I first opened up your website, the pic displayed was the "Je
T'aime". You must have changed it as now it's a pic of a little
dog.
I find it a great pic Daniel. It's so heartbreaking. The poor
little
thing begging for money. A great emotional journalistic pic Daniel.
Tres Bien!

Actually, he's just thrown up in the hat.

I like Corgi (cor=dog, gi=dwarf) and Corgi-like dogs.
Very intelligent, and territorial on behalf of their
human companions.

Corgis are beautiful dogs! They are actually tough little guys. They
herd cattle. My fave is the Pembrooke Corgis, but the Cardigans are
just as lovely. Intelligent and family oriented.

Times must be tough in Paris, Daniel. Even the puppies must beg for
their subsistence. Nice image Daniel. Wolud have thought placement of
the pup in a bit more from the edge of the frame could have made for a
stronger image.

I understand. The difficulty of the framing is the localisation.
It's a lot of disturbing elements near the dog.

Good contrast and tonality. A little soft on focus,
but it works well with this image.
Now go and get that poor doggie a bone.

Well done, Daniel.

Thanks Draco.

False. This picture is a little bit croped.

In fact the viewfinder coverage of my camera is approx 200%.
It's a rangefinder with a 90mm lens.

You know perhaps with a 90mm lens with a 0.72 viewfinder the
coverage of the 90mm is a little frame in the center of the viewfinder.

Sorry Lantern, you lost the magical touch.

Don't be so touchy. It was a joke. I just wanted to make a humorous comment
about "The Rule of Elevenths" being used, but then I saw that Annika beat me to
it with his "Rule of Fifths". (Mine is actually more accurate. Yes, I measured.)
So, I had to invent something else

I like the picture. Honestly.

I would have guessed that he had just stolen the hat from some geezer in the
park across the street, and was taking a break before he tore it to
shreds......

I have not taken the picture with this rule in mind.

Just see the dog and is lonely attitude, and the space is to show,
the lonely state.

I like the picture. Honestly.
