Default Tele-convertors

Which tele-convertor will work with both the 17-55 2.8 and the 70-200
2.8.

Thanks in advance

Why would you use a teleconverter with a wide-angle lens? Specifying
which brand you're talking about would also be wise, even though it
can be inferred with high probability from the numbers you gave.
