Default Aircraft Photographs

I was cleaning out the corners of my computer and came across the
following photographs sent to me by a friend living in Christchurch. I
had not seen them previously as before I got to them I received the
news that he had died in the night sitting over his computer. I was on
the way to Christchurch for the funeral when, at the airport, I
learned that Christchurch had been struck by the first of many
earthquakes and that the airport was closed. It's not surprising that
I overlooked them at the time.

appear to be the final flights of the F1-11s being flown by the
Australian Airforce. Most of the images would probably benefit from a
little processing of some kind.

The next three are Power Point

Nice stuff.

I hate to correct a dead guy, but those are F-111s not F1-11s. Folks
will say F1-11, which is fine from a phonetic point of view, but there
is no such aircraft as the F1-11.

Nice collection, but a presentation and not your friends original work.

Aah! Guys who know how to rub their stomach and pat their head at the
same time. Always entertaining.

Another nice bunch.

You are right. I am so used to hearing people say it and even putting
it in print that my instincts took over.

Oh no. I hope I didn't mean to imply that. He probably acquired them
via contacts in the Royal Aeronautical Society.
