Aircraft Photographs
I was cleaning out the corners of my computer and came across the
following photographs sent to me by a friend living in Christchurch. I had not seen them previously as before I got to them I received the news that he had died in the night sitting over his computer. I was on the way to Christchurch for the funeral when, at the airport, I learned that Christchurch had been struck by the first of many earthquakes and that the airport was closed. It's not surprising that I overlooked them at the time. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/71ljr8fio...XcPN3bPAkSX79a appear to be the final flights of the F1-11s being flown by the Australian Airforce. Most of the images would probably benefit from a little processing of some kind. The next three are Power Point Aircraft: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...3/Aircraft.pps Dances with helicopters: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...elicopters.pps Eye candy for aviators: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...orAviators.pps -- Regards, Eric Stevens |

Folks will say F1-11, which is fine from a phonetic point of view, but there is no such aircraft as the F1-11. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General...F-111_Aardvark The next three are Power Point Aircraft: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...3/Aircraft.pps Nice collection, but a presentation and not your friends original work. Dances with helicopters: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...elicopters.pps Aah! Guys who know how to rub their stomach and pat their head at the same time. Always entertaining. Eye candy for aviators: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...orAviators.pps Another nice bunch. -- Regards, Savageduck |

I am so used to hearing people say it and even putting it in print that my instincts took over. The next three are Power Point Aircraft: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...3/Aircraft.pps Nice collection, but a presentation and not your friends original work Oh no. I hope I didn't mean to imply that. He probably acquired them via contacts in the Royal Aeronautical Society. Dances with helicopters: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...elicopters.pps Aah!
