Adapter Sony Memory Stick to SD?

Are there any adapters from Sony Memory Stick Duo cards to SD?

I know there are tiny Memory Stick USB readers, but that's not what my
friend is looking for.

If you mean adapters for using Memory Sticks in a camera that takes SD
cards, I doubt that such a thing would be practicable because of the
difference in size. And anyway SD cards nowadays are so cheap, and so much
better than Memory Sticks, it's hard to see what the point would be.

Or if for some other purpose, what exactly does your friend want to do?
