The R Leica bodies are inferior to either pro Nikon or Canon. Optics
slightly more pleasing to some, subjectively.
M is a diferent story but the recent Zeiss Ikon stuff may cut Leica
prices.

Really? My Leicaflex SL2 is the best SLR ever made, and is still going
strong after 29 years. Its action is faster than any mechanical slr
ever made.
