I haven't been following this so I don't know what/where about the
website.

But, sometimes you have to hit the 'refresh' button in the browser or
it loads the old copy of the page the browser stashed has on your
computer's hard disk.

Browsers seem to do a bad job of recognizing an updated web page.
I've gone batty trying to edit a web page, then it comes back -
oh yeah, refresh...
