Default D200 shooting menu doesn't match manual?

I just got my D200 and I'm working my way through the manual trying to
learn how it works. I'm up to the shooting menu and what I'm seeing on the
camera display doesn't match what's in the manual.

The manual (page 30) says the shooting menu should have in it:

Image Size
JPEG Compression
RAW Compensation
White Balance
Long Exp NR
Hight ISO NR
ISO Sensitivity

But, my camera says:

Shooting Menu Bank
Menu Reset
Folders
File Naming
Optimize Image
Color Space
Image Quality

What am I doing wrong?

Oh, Duh, never mind. I figured it out -- I need to scroll down to the next
page! I feel like an idiot.

It always makes me feel good to know that I've performed a valuable
service for others!
