Default HELP PLEASE - APS REWIND BACK TO ZERO WITH NEW FILM

Hi all

I can't believe I'm the only one who has this problem ... but despite
over and hours searching on the web I can't find any other
`occurences`??

My Konica Revio Z2 has developed a fault ... when loading a new film
it winds to 25 then back to 0 / Zero (film goes to setting `3` / X.
I've fitted a new battery and bought 2 new films (even tapped the film
which I read somewhere)... no different still rewwinds back to 0 /
Zero.

I am a technical person and have tried every combination of battery in
film in switch off switch on etc I can think of ... fault still there.
I,ve clicked the little setting back to `1` / o on the film several
times when trying different combinations of `fettling` (for want of a
better word lol)

Is it knackered or does soembody out there know of a fix PLEASE?

Thanks So Much in Anticipation

Graham
