Default Gravity Bleeding

Chris - you wrote that you gravity bleed your brakes. So I read up on it.
That is one head smacking solution! So it goes like this, right - make sure
there's plenty of fluid, open the bleeders and so something else for an
hour, close 'em and it's a done deal? (Catch the fluid, of course.)

See the picture of the VW he (mistakenly) posted here earlier. I'm
