Default Hassy 150mm + tube... which?

Thanks to all who answered my previous (similar) question regarding the
250mm... but in the end I went for the 150mm. The 150mm may now replace the
120mm I already have- I need to sell some stuff to finance other stuff,
typical student :-). Anyway, I am guessing a 21mm tube would match well to a
150mm for headshots (my 55mm tube is certainly too long for this). Would
that be correct?

Yep.
For the 150 mm lens, the 21 mm tube is the one best suited. The lens itself
provides approx. 25 mm extension, so the focussing ranges of lens-alone and
lens-plus-21-mm-tube overlap slightly. No gap. And the mimimum field of view
of lens fully extended plus tube is approx. 19 cm square.
The combination of 150 mm lens plus 21 mm tube will cause a light loss of
1/2 stop (no lens extension) to one full stop (lens fully extended).

I also use the 21mm tube with my 150 CFi. Excellent combination!! You'll see
for yourself! Makes for a fine tight headshot!!
