I relied on Mrs. Hughes for advice on reading and interpreting
English. She has proved herself to be an excellent advisor in this
department. She is certainly much better than the average Supreme
Court justice. Unfortunately, they have more power than did Mrs.
Hughes, but that isn't my fault. She certainly was smarter.
