Default Must Sell: Ansco 8x10 + 250 wide field Ektar Kit!

Hello, my name is Mark Baylin and I have the following
large format equipment for sale.

An Afga Ansco 8x10 view camera. The camera is in good working
order. The bellows has been taped well and is totally
light tight. I have also put in an inner blind inside the
camera at the front to further block any light coming in
from the lens board (I have had a few of these cameras in
8x10 and 5x7 and they always seem to need this inner blind.
It seems that no matter how well fitting the lens board is,
light always seems to seep in through. I have used this camera
and an identical 5x7 model and have had no problem whatsoever
with light leaks now that I have installed the inner blind.
I still use the camera with a dark cloth over the bellows
just in case).

The camera has a front tilt (the front standard doesn't tilt
on it's own. The lens tilts inside on it's own axis while
the standard stays fixed). There is a rear tilt and swing
and a front rise (geared) and shift. The bellows can
extend out to about 25 inches. One of the bars that
hangs over the back of the camera to hold the ground
glass back in place is broken off, however, theres
still more than enough of it to hold the back in place
solidly.

As these camera didn't have levels installed, I had a
plum bob pointer made out of brass and is now installed
on the right side of the rear standard. When the back
is tilted so that the pointer points downward in the
middle of the plum bob, you're level. There's also
a manfrotto hex quick release plate mounted on the
bottom of the camera.

The camera comes with a Kodak Wide Field Ektar 250mm F/6.3
in a universal shutter mounted on an adapted metal Toyo lens
board. The glass is in excellent condition (I understand
that this lens can easily cover the 11x14 format if need be).
The shutter of this lens seems fine in all but the most
slow speeds (half a second is more like a full second).

I also have 3 lisco holders with this kit as well. They have
all been used recently and show no signs of light leaks at
all. There is also 33 sheets of Kodak Tri-X film that I will
thow in with this kit. There is also 1 Kodak hard rubber
tank for 8x10 film and 4 Kodak film hangers that
are included.

I'm asking $1200 US for everything + shipping. I have used this
camera regularly and can vouch for it to be in good working
order. It's a great first 8x10 camera and beyond and since
light leaks aren't a problem, you can photograph right away
with it and not have to spend the many more hundreds or
even thousands of dollars this kind of equipment usually
costs.

Thank you for your time!

Mark
