Default New backlit sensor, full frame Sony's in 2010?

There are rumours of a FF Sony a750 at 14.2 Mpix. With a backlit sensor
the noise improvement over the a900/850 should be quite impressive.

Further rumour is a backlit FF sensor a950 @ 25 Mpix which should move
the a900's current "very good at ISO 800" to an a750 with "very good at
ISO 3200" in noise.

Does a backlit sensor mean that it captures images off the LCD display?

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Maybe they make rear mounted lenses for these backlit sensors? I've heard
they're good for self portraits.
