That is Half Dome and the Valley. It still looks to have been shot from somewhere in the Glacier Point area. The other good vantage point for Half Dome, is Sentinal Dome several miles to the West of Glacier Point. However, that cuts out much of the Valley to the East. So I believe the most likely location for that shot is somewhere on the "Panorama Trail", which runs below Glacier Point Road below Washburn Point.
