Default Archival memory

Not satisfied with archival media that will only go 100 - 200 years?

How about 1 billion years. That enough?

The storage density is 1 Tbit/in^2.

Here are another two with a mere 1M year duration. (No statement of
density however).

I would bet one of the three (or other technologies) becomes
commercially available within 10 years. (A CNET article cites 2 years
for the nanotube based memory, but I'd bet that's optimistic)
