Default What's it called?

This all kinda started with google maps & satellite photos. I can find
my house and zoom in close enough to see my car sittin' in the driveway.

Anyway, that got me to thinking, "Where would the street go, if I just
stayed on it as far as it would go ...

And to make a long story short by ignoring all the peramublations that
resulted from that ...

There's an island that looks to be about 400 miles or so due east of New
Zealand. Google Maps (hybrid view) doesn't give it a name, so I was
wondering what it's called?

Also the island that's about 150 miles straight out from the Horn of
Africa, east of Somalia.

It's not Diego Garcia, 'cause that's farther to the south-east.

I figure someone in this group has maybe been there and taken pictures &
would know what the two islands are named.

I do have a map here that says they are the Chatham Islands. Here's
another:

(Socatra island?)

Cheers,

Hmmm?

Don't know if that's a likely tourist destination or not. Googled it and
get a Future Tours Website offering Socotra Adventures, but the mailing
address is a little worrisome:

Future Tours Industries - FTI
Al-Qiada Street ---------------
P.O.Box: 1203
Sana’a - Republic of Yemen

Nice photo gallery though ... just to try to bring a minimum topicality
to the subject:

Thanks, although I was looking for the name of The Island east of there,
not the name of the horn itself.

Someone else knew it was Socatra Island.

But thanks again.
