Just out of curiosity, what cameras were made that you would describe
as pretty?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but with my wife's
blessing I bought a 4x5" field camera which we display
as an object d'art:

Just offhand the ones that come to mind were the Marlyn Monromatic, the
Brittney Spearsoflex and the Hallie Berryinstamatic. Yeah, that should do
it. Ric in Wisconsin. P.S. If you have one of these, I'd like to get my
hands on one.

Haha. Before I read the rest of your sentence, I'd actually right-click
googled for the Marlyn Monromatic!

The spelling was "Marilyn Monromantic"

The product line was shut down under mysterious circumstances. It is
rumored that JFK used one several times at the White House and the the
end of the line was somehow connected. Despite the trendy "Jacket
Bouviyama" to which he had pledged a life long dedication.

Rolleiflex E/F cameras without the light meter look really beautiful, IMO.

Surely the prettiest Rolleiflex of all was the 4x4cm "Baby Rolleiflex"
made in grey in the late 1950s/early 1960s:
